Return & Refund Policy
Items purchased in error (e.g., wrong size or system) may be returned for a merchandise credit or refund within 30 days of the invoice date with prior approval.

All returns may incur a 17.5% restocking fee or the cost to send the item to you, whichever is greater. Minor damage that can be repaired will incur a parts and labor fee, deducted from the refund.

Major damage that is not feasible to repair may be refused. The customer will be responsible for return freight or disposal.

Faulty items must be returned for testing (postage paid by the buyer). If confirmed faulty, refunds or replacements will be provided, and return postage reimbursed. If the item is in working order, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend transit insurance. Damages not reported within 48 business hours of receipted delivery are not covered.
Warranties
All products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty, where applicable.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
